Anchoring High-Quality Development and Fully Supporting the Strategic Transformation to New Energy—Qingling Group Holds Its First Meeting of the Year for the “New Energy Reliability Enhancement Project”

To thoroughly implement the "Outline for Building a Country Strong in Quality," issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and to support enterprises in their strategic transformation toward new-energy commercial vehicles, Qingling Group held its first “New-Energy Reliability Enhancement Project” meeting of the year on February 27. The meeting aimed to further enhance the reliability of products throughout their entire life cycle and promote the company’s high-quality development. Attending the meeting were Xu Song, General Manager of Qingling Group; Liu Zhongwei, Deputy General Manager; Zhang Furen, Deputy General Manager; Yue Jiankang, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission; as well as senior leaders from various subsidiaries and heads of relevant departments.

Before the meeting, participants visited the workshop’s production floor to gain firsthand insights into the quality improvements being made at key and critical workstations and processes for new-energy vehicles. On-site, they witnessed the groundbreaking progress that various units have achieved since the project’s launch at the end of 2025—progress in areas such as refining standards, optimizing systems, and innovating processes—resulting in yet another significant leap forward in overall vehicle quality. During the symposium, representatives from production, R&D, procurement, and after-sales departments showcased their ongoing, industry-leading phased achievements and outlined future plans for further advancement, focusing on topics including process refinement, enhanced electric-drive axle performance, iterative R&D standards, deeper supply-chain collaboration, and upgraded after-sales services.

The meeting emphasized that all units must consistently uphold the three pillars of “technology, quality, and management,” and firmly embrace the philosophy of “quality first, customer paramount.” Leading cadres at all levels should take personal charge and act with a sense of urgency, setting even higher standards to demonstrate their commitment and responsibility. In enhancing reliability, we must not only carry forward the exceptional quality heritage accumulated over 40 years in the internal-combustion-engine vehicle era but also proactively lead the development of new-energy vehicle technology standards, benchmark against world-class peers, continuously innovate and achieve breakthroughs, and build world-class intelligent, connected new-energy commercial vehicles—striving to become a global leader in the field of intelligent, connected new-energy commercial vehicles.

This “First Meeting of the New Year” has sounded the clarion call for Qingling Group’s high-quality development and set the stage for accelerated growth. Moving forward, the Group will adhere to the philosophy of “quality as the foundation and leading indicators,” continuously building a new-energy commercial vehicle reliability engineering system that is uniquely Qingling’s and industry-leading, thereby injecting strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
